We accept applications from anyone who:

1) Owns the home that he or she lives in, and

2) Meets our income limit guidelines.

Our service area includes: Alviso, Campbell, Cupertino, Gilroy, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Morgan Hill, San Jose, San Martin, Santa Clara, Saratoga, and unincorporated Santa Clara County.
